As we begin a project, we collect the client’s objectives, and the constraints related to the site and project, such as regulations, topography, and budget. Throughout the project we discuss the options with drawings, models and spreadsheet analysis, with an emphasis on clarity and understanding.

A client’s objective usually includes their vision for their building project, and their unique needs for the process. The process is tailored accordingly and the design evolves.
